I first met Hillary following an informal lecture she gave at the Bar Method exercise studio in Summit, New Jersey. I knew then that I wanted to get to know her and to seek out nutritional advice for myself. Losing weight and being health conscious are not new to me, I am a lifetime member of Weight Watchers and I exercise every day, but that last 10 pounds evaded me for years.
After our first consultation Hillary developed a personalized nutrition plan for me that offered me creative and practical solutions and alternatives. She goes about her business with a quiet demeanor that exudes competence. She is obviously very well educated, informed and experienced and her confidence has filled me with focus and a renewed energy. I have lost that last 10 pounds and I did it while learning how simple and easy eating well can be.
