Simply Sauteed Sugar Snap Peas
I love sugar snap peas. They are beautiful, crisp, and so yummy! Did you know that not only are they delicious and full of vitamins and minerals, they are also beneficial to bone health? They are a source of B6, a vitamin that improves bone health by reducing the buildup of molecules that can cause osteoporosis. They are also a source of vitamin K, which activates osteocalcin and helps keep calcium in bones. They make a delicious low-calorie, high fiber side dish or snack. This recipe is one of my favorites. It’s quick to throw together and SO full of flavor!
