Sweet Green Smoothie
This smoothie is the BEST post workout meal.
It’s a delicious combination of carbohydrates and protein…great for re-fueling tired muscles.
It tastes delicious…a perfect balance of sweet and earthy (and can be made a bit sweeter by using Siggi’s Mango/pineapple yogurt).
It travels well…I like to pour it into a mason jar, add a few ice cubes and head out the door to my favorite workout!

Sweet Green Smoothie
1/2 cup plain non-fat organic Greek yogurt
1/2 cup fresh pineapple
handful of baby kale
1/2 cup crushed ice
Blend and enjoy (my vitamix does an amazing job at liquifying the kale!)!
