Spicy Crunchy Chickpeas
Looking for a new snack to put out for the kids (or at your next cocktail party)? This one is a must try…It’s SO simple to make and SO delicious. No one will know they are snacking on beans! I think serving them in cute little cups makes them even more fun to eat. ENJOY!
Roasted Chickpeas
Ingredients
1 can chick peas (garbanzo beans)
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
dash of cayenne
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and stir until well coated. Spread chickpeas on a baking pan and bake at 400 for about 20 minutes. Stir and continue baking for another 20 minutes, or until chickpeas are crispy (if you are making more than one can at a time, you may need to cook them longer to get them nice and crispy.
