Baked Apples
Nothing says fall like the smell of apples and cinnamon baking in the oven. This is one of my favorite fall dishes. It make the entire house smell wonderful, it’s SO simple to make and my kids think it tastes like apple pie! I usually make about 6-8 at a time and enjoy them throughout the week. They are delicious on their own, topped with a dollop of Greek yogurt or chopped up and mixed into oatmeal. You can use almost any type of apple…we just came back from a family apple picking trip and I used a variety of whatever we happened to pick. Hope you enjoy them as much as we did!

Simply core apples, place in a baking dish with 1 cup of water and sprinkle generously with cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 90 minutes, basting every 20 minutes. YUM!
